In 17 districts of Tamilnadu particularly in 250 villages VRDP has working for the implementation of tribal fifth schedule through 25 like minded NGOs who have strong confident in this campaign has been working together. In the Convenership of VRDP, the tribal people movement has been strengthened, and formed as Gramma Shaba in the villages. The tribal land rights have been ensured and the advocacy and lobby has been done in macro and also in micro level. Forest Rights Act has been implemented in the tribal villages to restore the lands and livelihood of tribal.
